Something strange is happening to American government
personnel. Reports of suspected directed energy attacks
are climbing, and the symptoms now include disruption
of the autonomic nervous system, the part of the body
that governs heart rate and blood pressure. Dr. Rodney
Howard-Browne plays an interview with a specialist who
describes three types of energy being used, an early
wave that was mostly sonic, and newer attacks in the
electromagnetic spectrum that produce heat injury at the
cellular level. The devices are described as portable,
some worn like a backpack, and the targeting is said to be
aimed at whistleblowers.

Then Florida moves against the surveillance state. Governor Ron DeSantis orders
every automated license plate reader removed from state highway right of way
within thirty days, saying he will not let Florida become a surveillance state and
pointing to officers using the systems to track an ex-girlfriend. Dr. Howard-
Browne's response is that they need to be removed everywhere. Congressman
Thomas Massie then takes the House floor and reads aloud the names of men he
says should be investigated and prosecuted in the Epstein case, telling the
chamber that more than three million files are still being withheld and that he is
collecting the 218 signatures needed to force a vote. Dr. Howard-Browne's
comment on playing it is simple: people may not like it, but it happened, and you
